Braun Fields 1 & 2, both named in honor of the late George Braun and his wife Rita Braun, are the backbone to the American Legion Sports Complex.  Built in 1996, these fields play host to over 350 area youths during our summer baseball leagues. In the fall, Braun 1 and Braun 2 proudly play host to the softball teams of the 2003 & 2005 4A State Champion Helias Lady Crusaders and the 2002 (3rd Place) & 2004 (2nd Place) 4A Final Four Jefferson City Lady Jays.
